Peter was kind, honest, trustworthy, and FRIENDLY! We enjoyed our time with him, and appreciate that everything is made in U.S.A. The warranty is AWESOME (50 years for windows) and the quality is superb. I really like the family atmosphere that the company supports and requires of their employees. Family First is my motto, also. The salesman showed us this in his professional manners, and treated us like family! Customer Service is a must with this company and it showed!
The salesman Scott was very easy to communicate with, also very informative with the products that will be used, also the time that it would take to install. He also did the measurements and explained how many days it would take to install. I was very impressed with him. I will write another review after the bath is completed in January 2016. This company is one from Tualatin, Oregon, but was in the Astoria area, knocking on doors to set up appointments (which immediately caused me to mistrust them) with contract salesmen to try to sell you their products which are siding, windows, and roofing. They were very convincing, slightly pricey but their products were higher end. Cost was a big concern for me as I am looking at a number of expenses due to widespread property damage due to a wind storm. Mike went over a variety of pricing and payment options and did his best to allay my financial fears. I did not feel unreasonably pressured to make a decision and truly felt that Mike and DaBella really wanted to make me a happy and satisfied customer. The sharing of the inspection felt designed to frighten me into purchasing something, causing distrust and almost ending the presentation. I already know I need a new roof. Once they began educating us on their "system," I began to see value in what they were offering, then I feared the price of such value. They inspected my roof and provided me with several option for the re-roof. My house was built in 1947 and had never had a tear off. It originally had ceder shakes without a full planking under it.so it not only needed a full tear off but a full sub-roof installed. Overall, very pleased with everything. The representative was very knowledgable and professional. He valued our time and didn't stay longer that stated. Knew the GAF roofing system very well and explained it in laymen terms. Worked with us to get financing and payments that fit us. Followed up in a very timely manner. Joel and Jimmy were punctual, courteous, respectful of our space and property, and extremely attentive to our needs and questions, whether we were able to articulate them well or not! They were able to measure all the windows and siding from the outside of the house (a split-level home), meaning they weren't exploring all our rooms and climbing all over our furniture as we had another company's representative do.
