Loved our sales team and thw6 build team. Not so thrilled with our project manager. She needs to learn to return phone calls and to keep homeowners informed.
Was told there would not be any gaps where two pieces overlap. There are many gaps. Never again.
The sales rep made promises that werent kept; that the installers were employees, there would always be a supervisor on the site, they cleanup would be thorough. We are still cleaning up, there was no supervisor on the job, parts of the installation were incorrect and had to be fixed, which they did take care of quickly. It was stressful for us and dissapointing. We are still waiting for the the waiver of liens from all of the subcontractors that we requested over a week ago.
Have numerous issues with the roofing job. Debella subs out the work. I will not ever do business with them again.
They took the down payment cashed it in April. I have not heard anything from them. Call and call... cannot get there. Do no know when they are even going to start. Very disappointing.
The house we bought with a 4-year-old DaBella roof has mold in the attic because they did not vent it properly. They did not even run the bath fan to the exterior. It-dumps hot wet air into the attic. The company is not responding to my inquiries.
There was a total lack of communication. Project was two months overdue. We had to have areas redone and porches leaked with the first rain.
Never did receive the Life Time warranty in writing as a promise.
The subcontractor installers were great but their customer service sucks.
