Jordan and Steven arrived right on time dressed very professionally. They were extremely friendly and and thoroughly inspected our roof, and attic, showing us pictures, explaining the potential problems and where the previous owner cut corners. The explanation and information provided was well done. I had been upfront about wanting an estimate only and not ready to commit to anything without "sleeping on it" first. I felt some pressure to not "wastethesalesman'stime" by refusing to sign any commitment on the spot. I had not expected to be asked to explainmy decision to "think about it"as if doing so was absurd. <br />
Mike Kromm stopped by for our appointment as scheduled. I had a window that had lost its seal and needed to be replaced. After examining the window, Mike suggested that all I really need to do is replace the glass rather than the whole window saving me a lot of money. He could have sold me an entire new window but was honest and told me a good fix. Very refreshing to see a company that truly cares about their customer more than the bottom line. Jared Peterson and Jordan Richmond came to my home for a quote. They looked at the attic where others did not and walked me through the tech and quality of what they're offering. Both were nice, while a bit forward, I found the experience informative. Ultimately I decided to go with them because of the two techs and the price they were able to offer me. <br />
The initial talk with the DaBella representative went well. However, we discovered that DeBella only does vinyl siding and we have cedar shingles so it was not a good match. <br />
The sales guy was great. He showed us everything we wanted in new siding and the triple pane windows. The installers were great; they cleaned up after each day. If they were late, they would call.
I will let you know how it goes when the roof is done. <br />
