Problems with Product/Service *************************** Sales Rep. for DaBella, came to our home 4 times. We hadn't intended to replace our windows this soon. But he convinced us the windows were top grade and the down payment would be low, and, low payments there after. Problems with Product/Service April 23, 2022- Sales people came to my home to give me a bid for a complete roof tear off/new roof. They started to give me their sales pitch, I already knew I needed a new roof as it was more than 30 years old. They wanted to get in my attic to check for damage. I told them there was no leaking, but to give me a quote as if the whole thing -down to and including the cdx plywood, needed to be replaced. Guarantee/Warranty Issues This company has not delivered on most of the things they promised were going to happen on my project. Late timelines and massive turnover with staff left me in the dark for months as to where the state of the project was. Thankfully, due to their sub contractors, who also have complained about not getting paid on time, the project was completed and looks great. Problems with Product/Service We had them install a new roof and siding. They installed the roof and gutters first then took off the gutters when they installed the siding. They said they didn't have someone on the crew that was trained to put on gutters and that we'd have to wait for them to come when they can. We called a few times but we have been waiting for almost 1.5 years for the gutters to be reinstalled.

Guarantee/Warranty Issues I had to have solar panels removed so Dabella could replace my roof. The salesman had "his people" remove them. The roof was completed on 4/15/22. I could not see any brackets for the replacement of the solar panels, but the salesman verbally assured me everything was fine for the solar panels to be replaced. Problems with Product/Service Out of no where on Saturday 18JUN at **** I get a text message from ************ from DaBella (*********************************) reaching out for a schedule to visit my home. I never requested any contact from DaBella. ******** starts listing off my name, (old) home address, already has my phone number... I am concerned for my private information and safety as again I never requested any contact.

Problems with Product/Service Bathtub and surround were installed (over four days) at end of March 2022. The day following installation (couldn't use water for 24 hours), noticeable defects on work and product were found. These were reported to company on March 27. 3/28: Received call back on Monday from GM. Talked through issues and he told me that I would get a return call. 4/6: Did not get promised call. Problems with Product/Service DaBella Exteriors used a subcontractor not identified to ** prior to the work. We had just spent over $14,000 to have a new electrical panel installed by *******. We noticed a problem with our wiring downstairs where my disabled son resides. ******* came out to troubleshoot and found the siding contractor had done over &***** in damage to our service.
