Problems with Product/Service Project begun on February 21st to reside my home. The installers were HL Construction. The cost was $59,000. I was never informed that materials removed from the outside of the house would not be replaced. Problems with Product/Service I ordered siding from Dabella and it was the worst company that I've dealt with since I've owned my home. Initially they sold me on the product, took my deposit and set a tentative install date of eight weeks from then. Three months later I had never heard from them. Guarantee/Warranty Issues We hired DaBella in June of 2020 for a partial home remodel to include replacement of windows and siding. We were guaranteed a completion in July of 2020. As of today, March 1st 2022, our project is still not completed. We were told over the phone today that they are no longer able to help us and we would have to contact the manufacturer of the windows. Problems with Product/Service We signed a contract with DaBella to get our siding and roofing replaced at the end of Nov 2021. Jan 2022 our roof was replaced in the process they cut a neutral power line to a bedroom; we were told we would be refunded the amount of the electrician and we submitted the invoice to the company. Problems with Product/Service Jan 2021 we had a new shower installed that would provide better access for my disability. The shower installation was quick and efficient, and the material appeared good. However, shortly after the installation, the faucet on the newly installed shower began to leak. Problems with Product/Service We had a roof put on our house starting 12/30, it was not completed until 1/4/2022. We asked them to wait due to weather, but was assured they were professionals and knew what they were doing. Sunday 1/2/22 we had heavy rains and woke up to water coming through our windows and leaking into the attic of our house. We sustained catastrophic water damage to our upstairs and downstairs. Problems with Product/Service I signed a contract with DaBella on Dec 6, 2021 for an entire house window replacement project. On Dec 20,2021 they withdrew my $5,000 deposit. The contract has an install date of March 2022. As of Feb. 14, 2022 I have yet to hear from DaBella for my critical measurement appointment. Problems with Product/Service ******* salesman about 4mths ago, seemed respectable, nice samples, fancy car, told me how affordably we could replace roof. Told him I was interested if it would include replacing the rotten facia boards.
