Problems with Product/Service On March 26, I had arranged for an estimate visit from a Facebook post that talked about rebates for installing energy saving windows. There was no mention of a company. When the man arrived and measured the windows, the estimate was over $9000 dollars, after I said no to replacing sliding door and laundry room windows to bring price down. Problems with Product/Service A contract was entered in September 2021 for roof, siding, and gutters to be replaced (flashings, eaves, soffits, and facia included) all covered by warranty. The work was finally completed and final payment made in February. The end of February in a windstorm a piece of facia came off. I contacted the sales rep on 18 March, with no reply. Problems with Product/Service Abysmal customer service!Around June of 2021 The sales representatives from DaBella came to our home to sell their windows. The senior salesman was one of those high-pressure guys who uses insurance salesman techniques like asking you questions. One of the questions he asked is what do you expect from a company? Guarantee/Warranty Issues Dabella contractor CCB# ****** was hired to perform work on my elderly father's home on *************************************************************. Roof was completed in August 5, 2021 contract . The roof is leaking due to the error which was communicated to Dabella as part of warranty. Problems with Product/Service We got a quote in mid October for 17k with black gutters. They said there would be no changes in price unless something major like roof trusses needed to be replaced. They also said they would refund material not used. They also stated that the would would be done within a week. Problems with Product/Service I entered into an agreement for a new roof, signed documents 4/16/2020 with Dabella. When the sales rep came to sell this product to me, one of the things I was told is that they do NOT contract the work out to any "**** Does" and that all work is performed by "specially trained, Dabella only employees - that are specially trained. Problems with Product/Service In March of 2022 ******* ******* (sales person) came to our home to present their windows. We entered into a contract with the understanding that we had a mid April install date. We paid the $650 deposit in good faith. Problems with Product/Service Dabella roofing has refused to return and address issues on the terrible roof they did not finish installing properly/ satisfactorily. Dabella roofing has stolen all of my families money out of our bank account, even making it go negative into the thousands and getting it closed out. Problems with Product/Service I cancelled a contract with DaBella in ******* ** and was told by the sales reps ******* who said I would get my deposit returned. Well 2 months later, several follow up calls to get the same story "we don't have anything on file indicating the refund is in process." I wouldn't do business with this company who by the way during the sales pitch rant and raved about how good.they are...blah blah blah. I just want my ******* deposit back.
