Problems with Product/Service I was told there was "a lot" of rot and dry rot. I was told there was "lots" of rot under the windows.I bought siding based on the rot. I was getting bids for soffits and facia since their price was so high. 2 contractors said that there was probably some rot. One even took out a shingle under the window, and it was completely dry. Problems with Product/Service We went into a contract with Dabella on April 12 2021 for energy efficient windows, and sliding glass doors. We had them financed(over $20,000)and they have since been paid off. They were scheduled to come in July 15 2021. We went over the windows with the salesman, and the employee who measures, and made sure we told them exactly what we wanted. Problems with Product/Service After I negotiated a price with Dabella came out and stripped the siding. They never got a permit from the city. The work was stopped because of that reason. They also left all of the stripped siding in my front yard. They were supposed to have a dumpster for it. Problems with Product/Service In August I decided to have a new roof put on my home.In September they brought the supplies. They put a pallet with shingles and other supplies on the backside of my driveway and some rolls of tarring paper on the roof. About a month later after calling them many times, I asked them to either put the roof on or do something with the supplies.
