Problems with Product/Service In October of last year we hired them to fix a damaged area of our siding. *** and ***** inspeced the damaged area and assured us that Dabella was a start to finish company and that it would be fixed. Guarantee/Warranty Issues I contacted DaBella for a shower replacement project in response to an advertisement in our local newspaper. The sales team was very prompt to respond to my inquiry (within 15 minutes) and said that they could setup an estimator to visit our property in *********. Problems with Product/Service Business came and sold me 9 windows for my house, June 11, 2021. They sent out someone to measure them a few days later. They said it could be 3-4 months to make the windows. I have them $1,000 down. I never heard from them. Finally I set an appointment to have them installed on 4-2-2022 and the installers only showed up with 5 windows. Problems with Product/Service Contacted Dabella for new windows. They came and gave a astronomical quote. Would not leave the house till my wife who was home alone signed a contract. She feared for her safety. One of the workers even came back 30 minutes later. He even called the next day to buy her coffee. The next day I went with my wife to cancel the contract. Problems with Product/Service On July 26, 2021 I signed a contract with DaBella agreeing to the installation of new siding, 12 windows, and new fascia and gutters. All projects were to be completed by November 2021..The siding project crew started shortly after completing another project in my area. Worked relatively quickly. Had some problem areas. Problems with Product/Service Had windows put in last year one cracked do to faulty window made a warranty claim and they said it was covered by warranty filed a claim last November and they still haven't fixed window they keep giving me excuses saying they are waiting on the people to install the window going on 5 months and still not fixed
Problems with Product/Service $44,576 was due, it is being financed. Work was completed on 10/19/2021. My issue with the company is I told them that there were gaps above all of the windows and doors when they did the siding, and the gaps are all crooked! They said once the completion papers were signed they would send a ticket to repair it. After papers were signed they said it was company standards and they would not fix it under warranty. Advertising/Sales Issues I ordered 9 windows from this company for my townhome, in May 2021, the salesman that I entered into contract with took pictures and did rough measurements of the windows. I was told windows would arrive in Aug or Sept. I was contacted multiple times so that the installers could measure windows, and again for final measurements.
