Problems with Product/Service August 24, 2021 we filed an addendum for different window to be installed. The contractor was never given this form and was not able to install all of the correct windows. The install date was set up for end of Nov 2021. Problems with Product/Service Roofing contract completed on 10-01-2020 We put $5,000 cash down and financed $19,483 We had an old roof that had finally been damaged from weather in 2020 that needed to be replaced. Problems with Product/Service On February 23, 2021 we agreed to start a walk-in shower project with DaBella, Redmond, Oregon we paid a $2224 deposit. On July 21, 2021 the shower unit was installed, at which time we paid balance of bill $6668.40 on job#******. A few days after installation we noticed the floor was not solid(it was squishy). Problems with Product/Service NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR DABELLA We bought a house September 2021 and Dabella convinced me to replace our windows, roof and gutters shortly after. They told me these will be installed before winter which is one of the reasons why I agreed. Problems with Product/Service Roof replacement done June 2021 with poor quality of workmanship. Deceitful sales practice as workers were all subcontracted out and not actual DaBella employees with no accountability for quality of work. The roofing process took 5 weeks and still quality issues unresolved with multiple trips by subcontractors to repair issues such as missing siding, missing shingles, damaged now leaking gutters, bare nails not tarred over. Problems with Product/Service This is my 2nd attempt to the BBB to get this resolved and many attempts to get our project completed and pricing adjusted. Inital issues was they charged us for 15 windows and where only to install 13 windows, which they admitted error and took off about 2k off the price and we wrote a check for the project. Problems with Product/Service Dabella came into my home to "explain" how their process and prices for new window installation worked. Their rep was in my home for 4 hours after repeatedly being told we did not want to go through with this. He would not leave my home until we signed a contract for windows and paid $500 down payment. Problems with Product/Service On July 17th of 2021 we paid $10,000, down payment for ********************************* our home. The business name is Da Bella windows. Problems with Product/Service Had a new roof installed on house and agreed to 12,500. They came to me after the project was complete and told me unauthorized work had been completed and are now charging an additional 5,000 dollars and no one ever consulted me about the scope of work change
