Problems with Product/Service DaBella ****** OR started out reroofing project on tuesday 10-21-21 by removing our roof, at 7:30am a crew showed up for this, the roofing sub contractor ******* was supposed to be there for a look at our roof and to address our concerns, he promised to show up 3-4 times that day, and never showed up, the materials were promised to show up the next day wedensday, these did not show up until 7:45 pm friday night. Problems with Product/Service March 2021 Dabella came to my house and talked to me about removing my bathtub and installing a shower, to be completed by the middle of June, 2021. Problems with Product/Service We agreed to allow DaBella to come in and do the siding on our house 4/10/2021. We wrote a check out for 8279.25 on this day as a deposit. It was cashed on 4/28/2021. We reached out to the company in June, July, and August several times. NOTHING!! We did receive a call in August stating that we had 2 gift cards for Amazon in the amount of 25$ each as an apology for the company taking so long to do the job. Problems with Product/Service I had a new bath tub and surround installed and it leaks quite a bit, water was coming from the baseboard from the bedroom from the back wall of the bathroom as well as in the bathroom. Problems with Product/Service So I went in search for new roofing and was introduced to Dabella by a ex co-worker of mine that now works for Dabella. He gave me quotes and talk to my insurance company about the need of the roof. So the insurance and myself went ahead and decided to go with Dabella. Problems with Product/Service About 6/1/21 I sent an inquiry to Anderson windows and on 6/8 a DaBella salesman, ****** ******** showed up at my door. I told him I wasn't interested in DaBella windows but he insisted on showing me his product, He showed me in the contract that I could cancel the order by 6/8/21. I tried to contact him 6/8/21 but couldn't get him. I tried the next week and was told he no longer worked at DaBella. Advertising/Sales Issues In the Summer of 2020, we had our roof redone by DaBella. By December, during the first heavy rain, the roof leaked, causing damage to our bathroom. The roof never leaked before DaBella replaced it. We have called multiple times (a dozen or more) to have them come and fix it, but no one has contacted us to set this up. The rain is coming back with no scheduled time and it is going to leak again, causing more damage to our house.
Problems with Product/Service After initially agreeing to a roof and window replacement and signing contracts August 2, we have them under fraud investigation. After signing the forms with “we can figure out the window counts and styles later” we began asking questions regarding window styles, changes made in addendums that were made with no acceptable answers. Problems with Product/Service I hired DaBella to replace my roof. The contractor placed the roofing materials on my roof but, failed to secure them. The materials fell off the roof which tore off several gutters, damaged my siding and my fence gate. This happened on Aug 2nd. The company said they would repair but continue with promises but no follow through.
