Problems with Product/Service We had DaBella come out for a free estimate in March of 2021. We were told that they would take about ***** minutes and instead they were there for almost 4 hours. We decided to go ahead and have them do our siding project and we were given a discount by being flexible about when they would do it, but we were told that it would happen in June or July. Problems with Product/Service I purchased a roof and gutters from DaBella. After purchasing everything, it took awhile to finally get started, but thats not my complaint. I was told after I spent money on the roof and the venting, that I couldnt have specific vents in my roof. Myself and the salesmen came to the conclusion about other venting. Problems with Product/Service We ordered new windows in May of 2021 from DaBella, out of Tri Cities. It took until August until our widows were installed. During this time our windows were down graded to double pane from triple pane and one window was too small for them to make so it was not delivered. We were never contacted to change the paperwork for the loan, and were promised a refund check of $540 for the cost of the window would be mailed to us. This was on August 11, 2021. Problems with Product/Service On 7/22 My husband and I were presented with a package deal to repair our house. We emphasizes to the sales ***************** that our priority was the Roof & the stucco repair. The roof/stucco items has to be done before winter because of the condition of the house. ***** present us with this image of our house covered in white siding and a new roof. Problems with Product/Service I hired a company to tear down my old siding and replaced with hardy board. On a contract I stated I want everything wrapped so I did not have to paint anything. I cannot Open the door to the crawlspace under my house, the facia boards not finished being wrapped and the doors on my woodshed dont open all the way. Problems with Product/Service We hired DaBella to build a new roof on our house. After the work was done, we noticed there is a large gap in the roof that needs to be fixed. We immediately contacted DaBella. I left two messages in June and another three in July. I finally got a call back in August from “Haley” who asked me to send he photos. Problems with Product/Service I purchased a roof and gutters from this company. I never got an itemized list of the work that was going to be done on my roof, just a total. The supplies were dropped off the day before. I was told that I need to replace the board on roof. The roofers said I didn't need board and proceeded it to put the boarding in their truck and put a tarp over it. Guarantee/Warranty Issues Replace existing roof and gutters on residence. Contract signed 07/27/2021. Materials for the roof was delivered 08/20/2021.Scheduled start of work 08/23/2021. No contact from company until I initiated contact on 08/30 to be told someone would contact me. Crew arrived 09/02 to begin project and completed project o/a 09/11. Problems with Product/Service In August of 2021 my grandmother ***** **** and I signed a contract and she turned over a $2000 Deposit to this company. We signed a contract for a bathroom remodel for her safety as she is 83yrs old with health issues.
