Brad was exceptional! Took the time to talk to me and explain what he was doing. Even with my interruptions he was professional and obviously knew his stuff. Got the inspection done quickly and efficiently. Found a cracked circuit breaker I didn't know about and referred it to the electrician while he was here. Great job!!
I had a HUGE issue two weeks ago with a sewer backup and then drain cleaner all over my basement, sulphoric acid! John came and took care of everything, he took the time to explain what was happening, the cost, preventative measures and then suggesting I become a member with Dalton and their home improvement club; it was an awful problem, smells and just the backup alone and I would throughly recommend him, super pleasant and just a nice man!
