Scott Knight has completed service at my home on many occasions. He is always very pleasant and does outstanding work. His knowledge and work are the best. He is honest and explains the work he has completed. He is no doubt one of your most valuable employees and Daltons should appreciate having him on staff.
Brad arrived on time, completed his work in good time and offered several helpful comments including advice on how to better use our furnace and air exchange unit. He was polite and pleasant. We were more than satisfied with his work.
Josh came yesterday to check my heat pump/furnace/humidifier and fireplace for the winter. He was extremely thorough and took lots of time to do the jobs right. I would recommend Josh and Dalton's to anyone!

We had a minor plumbing issue that needed resolved/repaired. Jake came today and took care of it without any problem. He was very cordial, prompt and courteous while taking care of the problem. Great customer service which sometimes is hard to come by these days!
Brad did such an awesome job servicing my Lennox furnace and also explained the importance of installing a Dynamic Filter System, which I had him do. Brad was very professional and friendly. In no way was he pushy about the Dynamic Filter System. Thank you Brad for all you did!!!!!!!
