RecommendedWhen my furnace stopped working on a Thursday night I was worried about whether I'd be able to get it fixed before the weekend. I called Dalton Phc at 8:00am on Friday morning and by 8:15am, Josh was on his way. I couldn't have asked for better service!
I am in awe of the service we receive from the Dalton crew. We just had a furnace tune-up of our new furnace we purchased I/2017. Our tech was Justin, he was very efficient. He explained everything he was doing. Was very polite and knowledgeable. We have never had a Dalton Tech come into our home, that we weren't pleased with. Keep up the good work Justin.
Josh came to inspect our furnace and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and personal. I would recommend him to others. Great job Josh!!!!!!
Cole Galles and Steven Michel put our new furnace in on Mon. Feb. 19, 2018. They arrived at 12 noon and were welcomed by our dogs and then after meeting the dogs they were allowed to get to work and were finished by 5 p.m. They answered my husbands and my questions without hesitation. Asked if we had any more questions and they explained everything about the new furnace and the filters. They told us to give them a call if we thought of any more questions or had any problems.
My tech was Chris. Very nice and had the work done quickly! Thank you very much!!!
I'm a member and as such I find the work any of the men do have been very Excellent. They research any problem an resolve them in a timely manner. They are always polite in everyway. I'll always look forward to their excellent service in the future, no matter if I have a problem or for a scheduled visit. Cherie
