I have been enrolled in the Dalton Home Comfort Membership for two years and am so pleased with the service, knowledge and friendliness of the employees. Brad checked my heating system today and was quite thorough. He gave me tips concerning my thermostat, furnace filters and completed a detailed check of my furnace. As I am concerned about the age of my furnace - 37 years - I asked about options and now have an appointment to discuss my concerns/options for replacement. Thank you Brad!!!
Brad arrived right on time and, after greeting my noisy little dog, got right to work. He answered the question I had for him, and offered several times to answer any other questions I had. He made some helpful adjustments of my system which I had not noticed before and explained why he suggested them. He told me of other services Dalton could provide and left literature in those I was interested in. Very competent, clear, friendly, and professional!
