Erica who handles dispatching and customer service is a delight to work with, she handled my calls with a professional yet friendly attitude which made it easy to discuss anything needed with her. Over the course of getting everything handled with Dalton I made several calls there and she was always pleasant and extremely helpful. She should be the model of professionalism that anyone who does a job similar to her strives to accomplish.
Dalton has done excellent work at my home for the 8 years I have loaned it.. They have done everything from replacing switches to installation of new HVAC. Their work is done on time and everything works as expected.
