Andy arrived on time and was very helpful and courteous. He listened carefully to my description of the problem with my gas fireplace and fixed it! He then did a thorough cleaning of the fireplace. I couldn't be more pleased with his service!
We had Josh come check the air conditioner today. He did a great job took the time to go over everything.

Pete arrived ahead of time and was ready to get started. We had prepared the path for the work crew the night before. Pete had plastic to cover the flooring before he even started. He didn't need to use it since we already had some down. I was impressed that he was ready to do that before starting any installation work of the new water heater. He worked hard and was very courteous. It looked like he took time to make sure everything was right. When he was done he cleaned up the area very nicely.
Andy came and checked out our furnace. He was polite, thorough and explained what our problem was, and gave us the options available and let us decide. He came within a few minutes of the earliest expected time. Our furnace is running and we were VERY pleased with Andy and Daltons.
Was able to schedule next day appointment. Tech, Andy was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I will definitely use Dalton again for our HVAC needs!
We are so impressed with Andy Nedoba. He knows his craft very well and is such a polite and nice young man. We couldn't have asked for a better technician.
