Dr. Salazar performed surgery on my arm following a traumatic injury. He is very professional and highly skilled as well as caring. He explained everything very clearly. His multidisciplinary team is professional and competent. My recovery is due in large part to Dr. Salazar's surgical expertise. The occupational therapists are also instrumental in regaining the function of my left arm. Hard work is involved on the part of the patient, but the outcome is well worth it. Thank you!
I am six months post surgery and very happy with the results of the reverse shoulder replacement. A nasty fall on the ice resulted in a massive tear in my rotator cuff and damage to two of three tendons in my right (and dominant) arm - all non-repairable. My arm was pretty much useless. I was referred to Dr. Salazar for arthritic pain in both shoulders at age 75. After injections no longer eased the pain, we discussed reverse total replacement surgery. After the first surgery there was no pain and excellent mobility. Six months later he replaced the other shoulder and I am now pain free and having a better quality of life. Dr. Salazar provided great supportive and compassionate care throughout. I would recommend Dr. Salazar for shoulder and elbow issues!!

There are no words that can describe the above & beyond professionalism iof Dr. Salazar. Our most prize “possession” is our children. My son had to have his right arm amputated. I am a retired nurse so have met & worked with many physicians over my 45 yr career. I can honestly say that Dr. Salazar, is among the elite in his profession. He is not only kind, but is genuinely concerned about helping you with whatever your orthopedic issue is. I was referred to Dr. Salazar by another doctor named Dr. Haemi Choi. After my consult with her and receiving X-Rays, it was clear I needed a specialized surgeon. Dr. Salazar was that doctor. In 2017 I was lifting weights and performing dumbbell curls on a bench, with 100lbs on each hand. Then something snapped in my left shoulder. Treatment Results with Dr. Salazar, I had a fall and injured my should. My discomfort level was high enough that it would not allow me to sleep. Dr. Salazar and his team diagnosed my problem quickly and accurately. He administered a injection and then followed with prescribing a inflammatory drug treatment. Within a few day the discomfort was gone. No surgery was needed. My experience was amazing and I highly recommend Dr. Salazar.
Met with Dr Salazar for Rotator cuff and Bicep repair. He was very thorough during our visit and surgery was a huge success. The follow up from him and his team was terrific. Awesome patient experience.
