Had rotater cuff surgery. Doc fixed numerous tears. No more pain and have better range of motion than Ling before surgery. Dr. Salazar is great.
Was very hesitant on doing the surgery Dr.Salazar suggested at first but I took the chance and it is something I’ll never regret. I dealt with the winging of the scapula for about a year and a half before I even saw Dr.Salazar. It was rough because I was restricted from doing daily activities and training for boxing. Dr. Salazar's explanations before and after my surgery gave me confidence in knowing that surgery was the right thing to do to eliminate the severe pain in my rotator cuff and bicep. My physical therapy is now complete and I am so happy with the surgery outcome. I am 69 years old and am pleased to be living without pain. Thank you Dr. Salazar.
Every step of the way was a great experience. Dr Salazar was very professional but very personable at the same time.
Provided detailed options prior to the surgery and follow-up after the surgery. Took pictures of the procedure so that he was able to confirm the the level of repairs that were done. Post surgery: Provided advise for physical therapy and stayed in touch throughout the weeks following the surgery and therapy.
Dr. Salazar was terrific, he was knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. I immediately felt as ease. Dr Salazar really took his time to explain my condition with me, what type of surgery I would need. And after surgery he was very caring and followed me till I was completely healed. I would highly recommend Dr. Salazar!!!
After having a reverse shoulder replacement with related dislocation issues, I was referred, by the surgeon, to Dr. Dane Salazar. After reviewing my case, he concluded there was nothing wrong or different than he would have done during surgery. Still my shoulder was dislocating while I was sleeping. After further discussions with him, he surmised the issue might be the physical therapy which was allowing my deltoid muscle to over relax when asleep. Dr. Salazar preformed a complete right shoulder replacement on me. Not only is Dr. Salazar a great surgeon but is a really wonderful person. I felt completely at ease with him and his great staff. My experience with shoulder replacement is very positive. Recovery went smoother than I expected. The only time I had some pain is when I tried to go to sleep and when I mean pain it was maybe a 3 on a scale of 10, nothing that OTC meds didn't take care of.
