Went ro see Dr. Salazar for shoulder pain after falling off a ladder. Turns out I had tore my rotator cuff and bicep off the bone.From the first visit to through the surgery and recovery Dr Salazar explained every step of the way to me clearly so there were no surprises. I would and have recommended him to anyone. Very happy with Dr. Salazar and his team.
I had a left shoulder rotator cuff repair by Dr Salazar at Loyola Medical with excellent results. I found Dr Salazar at Loyola to be very professional, very caring and has excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend Dr Salazar for any Orthopedic issues that you might have including shoulder issues without reservations.
Dr. Saklazar repaired full thickness tear of my right rotator cuff. He was thoughtful and thorough in explaining the procedure and carefully walked me through the procedure. The procedure and result were just as described by repairing the rotator cuff and torn bicep and placing five posts to stabilize the shoulder. I am five months from the procedure and looking forward to having full motion and recovery. I am grateful for the kind and professional care I received from Dr. Salazar and his team of doctors.
I am a woman of a particular age, and I had an accident where I fell down some stairs and tore my rotator cuff and three tendons. I was scared that I wasn’t ever going to be the same again. Dr. Salazar saw me in December 2021. Determined I needed rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgery. He was very kind and caring. He was honest with me about the recovery time. I redamaged my rotator cuff. He took care of that as well. I would recommend Dr. Salazar to anyone requiring any shoulder repair.
I highly recommend Dr. Salazar!! I had broken my leg in two places and ankle! Dr. Salazar did the surgery and put the hardware in my leg that I needed to be able to walk again!! He is great!!

Dr. Salazar performed my tennis elbow corrective surgery six months ago. I am extremely happy and impressed with the results. I saw Dr Salazar for a second opinion for a previous shoulder replacement that was not going well. He checked me out and made a recommendation to do a reverse ball replacement. To think I'd be going through a second replacement on the same shoulder 14 months after the first replacement was not exactly good news but in reality, I also knew what I was living with was not good and would only get worse.
