Just had my four year post surgery follow up for total reverse arthroplasty of left shoulder. Prior to this my strength, range of motion were very limited. My pain level was high. I no longer have any pain. My range of motion and strength are great. My rehab was all done at home without any therapists. My only regret is procrastinating for a year before doing.
I have had 2 other replacement surgeries, but my Total Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty was the very best ever. Every element of the procedure was carefully explained to me, and I was given several phone numbers of Dr. Salazar and his staff should I have questions or concerns. The surgery itself was painless. I broke both of my shoulders at the same time. Dr. Salazar did my surgery. I couldn't be happier with the results. My right shoulder is 95% and left 85%. It took alot of work to get there but if I didn't have a good surgeon to begin with outcome would of been different. Thank you Dr. Salazar !!!! You are the best !!
Dr. Salazar is the best. He repaired my right rotator cuff and my torn bicep. He called me the Saturday after the surgery and then again 3 days later. AMAZING! His attention to my needs, and skill in surgery...If I need another one, I am going to him! He is worth traveling to, and on top of it, you have the best care at Loyola!
Dr. Salazar is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He is kind, friendly and very professional. He went above and beyond with whatever I needed. His office staff always answered my messages in a timely manner. They all were very kind, courteous and helpful!
Dr. Salazar performed rotator cuff repair surgery on my left shoulder ( March 2020) As of today I have healed wonderfully, My range of motion is great. Dr. Salazar was probably one of the best surgeons I've ever came across. He truly cares about his patients and their recovery. He is very clear and detailed about what he will be doing in surgery and continue to work with your recovery. He even gave me his personal cell if I had any questions right after surgery. Dr. Salazar even went as far as to mail me a hand written get well card after my surgery. I will recommend him to anyone I ever meet that needs surgery
I don’t know where to begin. All I can say is someone was certainly looking after us when my husband took a bad fall and required reverse shoulder surgery a year ago. DR. When I had Torn my Rotator Cuff I was referred to Dr. Salazar. I was told that he was the best. I am so Happy that I went to him for treatment. I had to have Surgery.
