Dr. Salazar is someone who gave me back my quality of life. I needed a reverse shoulder replacement and he was extremely professional and his bed side care was more than I could have ever imagined. Choosing to trust Dr. Salazar was one of the best decisions I could have made for my heath.

Dr. Salazar did shoulder replacement surgeries on my mother in December 2024 and October 2025. Both surgeries were very successful. Dr. Salazar explains everything in great detail and is an excellent communicator. Months removed from the surgery my mother has no pain in either shoulder, and has much more functionality. Dr Salazar and his team have greatly helped her.

Dr. Salazar was wonderful and communicated the surgery and recovery in detail which eased any anxiety I had. After the surgery the recovery was as he had mentioned with full range of motion and the ability to sleep on my shoulder without pain. I would highly recommend anyone that is apprehensive about getting surgery to go forward and have the procedure.

Dr. Salazar was referred to me by my PCP for shoulder surgery, in which, he performed a Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement on my left shoulder. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Salazar and his staff! From the first consultation to the post-op appointments; Dr. Salazar was very thorough in every way. He explained the details of the procedure, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. His surgical expertise was exceptional. The surgery went perfect and recovery has gone well and faster than I ant... read more

Highly recommend Dr Salazar. Wonderful bedside manner. He thoroughly explained what I could expect following surgery and answered all my questions regarding my rotator cuff repair surgery. Very happy with my decision to do it. Recovery is following the course as he explained it and I’ve been able to resume my activities that I wasn’t able to do before the repair. So happy to return to an active lifestyle without shoulder pain.

Had a bad shoulder for over 7 years, and then a total blowout. (Rotator front, back, and bicep) Dr. Salazar fixed me up nicely.Very professional, in and out on surgery day. After 5 months my shoulder is better then it ever was. It was very painfull for first 6weeks but no pain no gain ;)Now my other shoulder feels lack luster because my repaired shoulder feels so good.

Last summer, I needed a full shoulder replacement a friend recommended Dr. Salazar. From the very beginning, I felt that Dr. Salazar was a good fit for my surgery. His preop exams were very thorough, and he explained my options, as well as the surgical procedure and recovery process, to me in depth. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Salazar came back to Pre-Op, ran through the surgical plan with me, and then offered to pray with me. This was reassuring and comforting, and I felt it went well beyond the call of duty. My surgery w... read more

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Salazar and his Physician Assistant, Bianca Rische. They were empathetic to my complaints of my shoulder and arm pain. After trying physical therapy, a steroid injection, pain meds and conferring with a spine specialist to rule out any disc issues; it was then decided my best course of action was surgery. I'm six months out now from surgery and was able to snow ski this season as well as get back to swimming. Next on the schedule is golf! I'm 68 years young and not ready to give up any of these activiti... read more
