Dave helped me with financing about 10 months ago. (Yes, I'm a little late with this review.) The entire process of obtaining a mortgage can be daunting these days, but Dave made it effortless. I dealt directly with him and wasn't passed off to anyone else. He was extremely responsive via telephone, calls and texting, as well as computer emails. I was moving to NC from CT, so everything had to be done electronically. It was fast and easy. I highly recommend him for your loan needs. A great guy to work with!

Dave took my failing 203k rehab loan and brought it back from the grave. I left my old loan officer after he told me I would need a massive amount of cash to close; Dave got me closed ahead of schedule and I brought less than a third of the cash to closing as other originator said. He ALWAYS kept me informed and answered my questions. A true professional!

Dave Mincy did a wonderful job explaining everything that needed to be done and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. He helped me out more than my own realtor. He explained everything in terms that I understood. I was a first time home buyer, and he made the process a lot less stressful. Anytime I needed anything, I could pick up the phone and call Dave and he would answer immediately. I did not have any issues. Once I decide to buy a home again, I will call Dave Mincy for sure.
