Even before we chose him, he went out of his way to help us. ALL paperwork was meticulously crafted, which has not been our experience with other lenders. Dave worked above and beyond our expectation. He also took time to meet us at our closing.

I do know finance and have worked on this stuff for last decade. For my first house I tried to do it myself without any help from a banker. I did it and it worked, however, for my recent home purchase, I had great experience working with Dave on my loan. He eased the process in a way that 1) was very transparent, 2)very competent in terms of rate, and 3) very efficient. He did more than what a typical banker do for people. He is 24/7 guy.
