I can't say enough about Dave Mincy. He went above and beyond to help us with making sure everything went perfectly smooth with the financing of our new home here in NC. I do know finance and have worked on this stuff for last decade. For my first house I tried to do it myself without any help from a banker. I did it and it worked, however, for my recent home purchase, I had great experience working with Dave on my loan. He eased the process in a way that 1) was very transparent, 2)very competent in terms of rate, and 3) very efficient. He did more than what a typical banker do for people. He is 24/7 guy. Dave was an absolutle pleasure to work with. He made our house buying experience easy and not stressful. He was able to accept our paperwork the way it worked for us so it wasn't an added stress. We are military and made this purchase from a different state. Dave made this process easy and we were able to buy our home by the time our orders kicked it. I was a first time home buyer with no clue on what steps to take to finance a home. Before I even started the process, I was stressed and worried about how difficult it would be. Well, it wasn't!! We decided to purchase a house and do a simultaneous full blown 203k renovation. Looked at FHA data to see who had closed on these loans and Primelending was at the top for NC. Reached out for information and Dave took it from there. He did his job and more and was patient as well when we ran into issues.
