If I could give Dave more than 5 stars, then I would in a heartbeat. While being out here in California and purchasing a property in North Carolina, Dave made the process extremely smooth for us. He was easy to reach, and I made sure I was as well. He answered all of my questions and even went the extra mile. Dave has a detailed knowledge of the mortgage process and is really good at explaining the complicated stuff in simple language. And I loved Primelending's website to be able to e-sign documents, and the other website that allows you to securely submit your documents such as bank statements. Very easy refinance experience!

Dave was awesome to work with! We highly recommend him! We were first time home buyers and nervous to start the process but Dave made us feel comfortable by answering all of our questions. He walked thru the entire process with us and helped to make as stress free as possible.

Dave really knows how to break down the barrier for those that are new to buying a home. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question we had with the right amount of detail that does not overload you.When it came down to interest percentages, he worked hard to get us the best rates possible. Our realtor recommended working with Dave. It was a great experience! Dave was aware of all of our lending options and as a result of his knowledge we were able to get preapproved and select a house within 15 days.
