I was a first time home buyer with no clue on what steps to take to finance a home. Before I even started the process, I was stressed and worried about how difficult it would be. Well, it wasn't!! Dave made buying my first home so easy, and so stress free. He was always there if I had any questions that needed answered. He is very easy to reach by text, email, and phone. I would (and I do) recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy a home.

We decided to purchase a house and do a simultaneous full blown 203k renovation. Looked at FHA data to see who had closed on these loans and Primelending was at the top for NC. Reached out for information and Dave took it from there. He did his job and more and was patient as well when we ran into issues. Dave made the loan application easy from day one. He is very professional, courteous, thorough, and available 24/7. All the paperwork was able to be processed on line so that when we met with him in person everything was complete. He even met us at the closing to provide a copy of all the documents.

Dave and his team did an outstanding job during the process of obtaining our mortgage for the purchase of our home. Dave kept us up to date by phone or email through every step of the process. We were able to close on our USDA loan in 30 days. His knowledge and persistence to get it done was like no other business professional I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking to buy a home or considering buying a home.

Whole process was easy with Dave. Met with him on Friday and had prequalification letter in email when I got up the next morning. They either answered or called right back when we had questions.

The thing I valued most about Dave was his continual communication. It was very nice to have someone I could just trust would get me the information I needed. I never had to wonder when I might hear from him again, cause the impression I had was that he was always working on my stuff and that it was a priority to him. Communication is king to me and Dave was great. He is also very knowledgeable as well and took time to explain things to me.
