Dave made the loan application easy from day one. He is very professional, courteous, thorough, and available 24/7. All the paperwork was able to be processed on line so that when we met with him in person everything was complete. He even met us at the closing to provide a copy of all the documents.

Dave and his team did an outstanding job during the process of obtaining our mortgage for the purchase of our home. Dave kept us up to date by phone or email through every step of the process. We were able to close on our USDA loan in 30 days. His knowledge and persistence to get it done was like no other business professional I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking to buy a home or considering buying a home.

Whole process was easy with Dave. Met with him on Friday and had prequalification letter in email when I got up the next morning. They either answered or called right back when we had questions.

The thing I valued most about Dave was his continual communication. It was very nice to have someone I could just trust would get me the information I needed. I never had to wonder when I might hear from him again, cause the impression I had was that he was always working on my stuff and that it was a priority to him. Communication is king to me and Dave was great. He is also very knowledgeable as well and took time to explain things to me.
