Dave Mincy was fantastic to work with as a lender. Things moved quickly and the process was explained to me in detail. He graciously took calls even after business hours in order to answer questions and he got us an amazing rate. Dave is a wonderful professional who I would recommend to anyone.

Dave was called about our loan at 8 pm on a Saturday night while he was out with company. He called us back that night and instantly got the ball rolling. He stayed in constant contact to the end. The process could not have been more smooth. Always reachable no matter the question. Highly recommend

This was the 2nd time I used Dave Mincy and he was the best. He had answers for me just as fast as i could ask them. He was available by phone and e mail. Dave anticipated what would be needed and got the ball rolling before hand to make sure there was no delay. I highly recommended Dave to anyone looking for a someone who is knowledgeable in the field and professional as well.

Dave did an outstanding work on our loan. His efforts allowed us to close quickly with the lowest rates and fees possible. He handled a last minute loan amount increase quickly and efficiently allowing us to close on time. I would recommend him to anyone need any type of home loan.

From the date we contracted (mid-April), through the date we closed (late-May), Dave did everything possible to ensure that all pre-closing requirements were met, even on a condensed timeline.

If I could give Dave more than 5 stars, then I would in a heartbeat. While being out here in California and purchasing a property in North Carolina, Dave made the process extremely smooth for us. He was easy to reach, and I made sure I was as well. He answered all of my questions and even went the extra mile.
