With Nashville hot chicken joints popping up everywhere I figured let me try this place. It's not that I don't like the place or the food or the service, I think I'm just comparing it to other tastier fried chicken sandwiches that I've had! It gets your fried chicken fix but not the best in flavor cuz I've had better.

Right before leaving LA and heading to the airport, we got these hot chicken sandwiches that hit the spot. So good. I got one medium and one hot which is a perfect combo. The side of kale salad was disappointing and I'd probably skip that next time. Fries were big portion as well - I couldn't finish it. I'll be back!

I've been to this location four times now, and unfortunately, this is by far the worst Dave's Hot Chicken I've ever been to -- and that includes locations as far as Oklahoma City. It's a real shame, especially given the prime Fairfax location. On my most recent visit, my order took around 20 minutes, and it wasn't even a busy night. They made me wait for over 20 mins when the restaurant was dead empty to get a single slider. I mean what's going on in here??? Yall don't care anymore? Yall just make people wait coz yall are bored ? The restaurant was empty . This is BS on crack. No wonder yall are loosing market share

I submitted an order at 10:30 didn't receive my order till 11:10 and by the time it arrived my food already felt cold and top of that I had also added a drink so when I went to my lunch break to eat.. my food is cold and I didn't get my drink because of a staff forgot to give it to the Uber driver this is absolutely ridiculous I work in fast food and I always look at the orders before handing em away, so the customers/drivers get everything on their orders I understand you guys get busy but come on be better

Got a piece of chicken that was completely burnt and nasty. I had literally place the first order of the day it should not have been hard to make a decent meal. Plus when I looked in the bag the extra sauce I asked, for it was not in side. Honestly I go to the Koreatown ones all the time never have this problem.
