We always crave this place late at night so we always end up going around 11pm and every time we order, the people taking out order tells us that they're closing the dining room and outdoor patio area at 11:40pm when they close at midnight 12:00am! There should be no reason for them to kick us out at 11:40pm. I've never visited a restaurant or food place where they kick us out. Usually, they wait until all their guests are done eating. I was very disappointed with location because I've had Dave's before, but what I had today was terrible. I barely got any fries - which was fine because they were over seasoned, soggy, and oily. The chicken was extremely over seasoned, way too salty, and DRY. Don't think I'll ever be coming back to Dave's after this experience.

Astoundingly rude and hostile staff. Let me start by saying my wife is the opposite of a Karen. She's polite and kind. She worked for years as a waiter so she is sympathetic to how difficult restaurant work can be, so she always treats staff with respect. She came with our daughter today to Dave's Hot Chicken for lunch. She asked the staff member at the counter for the restroom code so she could wash her hands before eating. The chicken doesn't taste real the seasoning gives you heartburn and the fries are pre-frozen I don't recommend this place

I order a slider with fries with ketchup , napkins and honey dressing but they didn't put anything in the bag just a slider .

Ordered takeout & was unfortunately disappointed. Very small portion of fries & the tender size inside the sandwich was tiny. It was a pretty sad meal. I had high hopes given Dave's reputation. Won't be ordering from here again.
so yummy! Best mac n cheese!! The staff is very friendly and nice. Very cool vibes in the place - plot twist they made me do this for a free milkshake, just for them to forget our mac and cheese and the daves sauce when i got home and checked my bag. Never again
