Love their sliders. Def splurge for the cheese topping. I always order online and park upfront. Order is usually ready so you're only there for a few minutes.

We are from Florida and my son actually put Dave's Hot Chicken on his list. He was extremely pleased with the chicken tenders. It was perfectly seasoned. Also, the service was great and everyone was friendly.

Words of advice!!! If you are at all worried about what level of spice to go with... start with mild! The flavor is amazing and there's still a slight kick. And, it truly goes from there! It's definitely worth the wait, definitely merits all the hype... it's a 5 star! Just make sure you're ready to wait if you're walking up!

This "hot chicken" (I'm sure you know this, but "hot" means spicy, it doesn't mean that it's warm although it is warm as well!) restaurant is in the heart of the recently booming and very trendy (formerly very Kosher) Fairfax Avenue between Beverly Blvd. and Melrose Ave. Surrounded by all the cool hip-hop and sneaker stores. Wow. I ordered this from UberEats while having a busy work day and it was immaculate. I was hesitant because I tried another hot chicken place and wasn't a fan. However, this is like the best! The sliders were so good, well seasoned and yummy. I decided to try the lightly mild since I can't take the heat. It was definitely worth it! Dare I say...it is definitely better than Al's. I'm a huge fan and I plan to order from them again!

Dave's really exceeded my expectations for a chain all over LA. I got the medium which really felt like mild and my friend got the hot which is more like medium spiciness...it had a good kick but not too spicy. This location is in a kind of sketchy area at night. I did tip 15% even with it being fast food and I wanted to tip even more after what I saw.
