Didn't help that we went when it first opened and parked in the back (which was empty) to order take out, but was harassed by the parking attendant that we have to pay if we eat there, even though we repeatedly told him we are ordering take out. So watch out for the parking.

The service at the Fairfax location sucks. I stopped by today and when I asked if they give military discount for dependents , the manager said to me, "Why? They're the one that served, not you". The way he said it was just plain rude. Not sure if dude was having a bad day but instead of just telling me that they only give military discount for active duty he decided to be a complete d*ckhead. I'm sure they have multiple managers, some of which are probably nicer, but this guy ruined my experience and made me leave to go eat... read more

It's okay. Run of the mill hot chicken place, 3/5 stars, their fries are yummy though. They give you a free drink if you CHECK IN to yelp, but when I was there, to show them I CHECKED IN, the girl clicked on my phone to give them a 5 star review. I don't play that game. In what world do they deserve 5 stars? Also, the sign said check in, and buying 5 stars isn't allowed. No milkshakes at this location . As per your Check in you do not get a free shake , Danna said the machine literally just broke down . As always you know it's very frustrating when the employees just don't want to deal with the whole free milkshake stuff. This business operates with deceptive business practice. They offer check in offer but when you get there in person to redeem, they ask you point blank to leave a 5 star rating. For that reason alone, I give it one.

Normally I love coming here, but the security guards do nothing but stare you down and I feel uncomfortable even standing in their lobby at this point. In my opinion they need to be retrained
Its not the first time I've eaten in this establishment. I recently did an order pick at 10:45am . I walk in at 10:52am . Because of my job I normally place an order. Unfortunately it was not ready . Since it was not ready there was no issue , I just asked for a refund and left . I then call a few minutes later to ensure my refund. This is the second time I've given it a try bc the first time was such a long wait and not worth the time waste. Was hoping for redemption but it was even longer this time. I will say there was a guy who had a large order so I'm sure it pushed it back, but I had an order time that I showed up on time for and still had to wait an addl 40 mins.
