Not much to see here just disappointed in overnight sizing difference when I ordered the Macaroni & Cheese. Received the 8oz portion the night prior for my kids. It was so good I ordered one for myself the next day and got the small red 6oz. (And no I didn't order the wrong size I paid $3.99 for both) The real problem is that the team member lied to my face saying "the sizing didn't change just the color." As we see that's not true. Food was pretty good but customer service needs help. I walked up to the pick up area and was not greeted. One girl came out, looked me up and down and then just stared at me. Another boy came out and also just kinda stared at me. I told them my name and the boy asked what was in my order, I told him and they both turned around without saying anything and began trying to figure out where my order was. Then the boy gave it to me about 5 min later. Very odd energy for sure

Food quality and taste never disappoints. However, staff needs significant improvement on customer service. On several occasions i have had employees be rude to me when picking up my order. More recently, i made a large order and the cashier refused to provide me with extra Dave's sauce and said, "i can only do two man" . It is ridiculous how on average I spend $60-70 on an order and staff refuses to provide extra Dave's sauce that cost the franchise no more than 5 cents per package. The food was okay, decent sized portions for the fare but the extraordinarily long wait time and poor service were just too poor to ignore.
