On my lunch break and kinda disappointing when you order online and request ketchup and honey as an add on... when I get there I ask the gentleman who gave me my order if it was in the bag, he confirmed that it was..., got to my job no ketchup or honey. ... anyway the fries are good. Perhaps follow the online request a bit better. Thank you. My office manager has wendys ketchup packets and gave me two. I wish I could take back my tip

The food is good but the wait is just way to long it shouldn't take 30 mins to get my order in. While I c the ppl that were behind me get their food b4 me. Not to mention the girl u have working behind the counter dumb as bricks. Ppl were even wanting a refund because of the wait. Oh and not to mention cold fries. You bet I took a time stamp and the 2:34 time with the food uhhh bs. Don't lie to me on top of everything. Only reason 2 stars the chicken was good. Ohhhh and I'm a big advocate for masks.
