Cassandra G was really rude, October 29th, 2023 I ordered a small cup and as i was reaching for the receipt she swiped it really quick and said "you don't need it" with aggression... the whole process with ordering with her was an issue, food was good though thanks to the cooks!

Cassandra G. should not be working ... the one working on October 29 around 3PM. She has terrible customer service and had a attitude over every little thing, Other than that the food was alright.

One start review for a terrible experience. I ordered the Dave's number 2 and looking forward to eat. I did ask for a Military discount, but they discontinued the discount for military, it's fine. Their discounts for police and fire fighters. I ordered thru a cashier named Cassandra. As I was walking up, I vaguely heard her bad mouth a manager. But immediately turned her attention me. last visit the chicken was not tenders rather the size of nuggets and for $15 a plate and an order of $80 you would think it would be decent size. so I let that go and came back again. this time there was an order mix up causing a 15 min after pick up delay. the food is good but eat in only they can't seem to get the pick up rite and you will have an issue. none the less good chicken when it matches the price

I wanna start the off by saying Dave's is my favorite chicken spot by far. They make delicious spicy chicken that I can't get anywhere else, and I crave their food almost exclusively when I want a chicken sandwich. That being said, the employees are ruining that enjoyment. There's no reason an online order ahead should take over an hour to complete. Employees are unhelpful and won't alert you when your order is finally ready either, even if you've been sitting inside waiting for 30+ minutes. They sit on their phones and ch... read more

I love Dave's hot chicken and I will continue to eat it bc it's my favorite place to get chicken but I will not be returning to this location, there's literally no one here and there's employees on their phone , we've been waiting for 30 min and no one is here but me and my friends so why is it taking so long ? And to prove it I have pictures ! This place needs to hire better people or have a no phone policy for the employees. I guess I'll have to drive down the valley to get my chicken from now on this is ridiculous

Honestly the sandwich had a slice of what looked like a craft singles cheese! The buns could use some butter or a different kind of brand. The cheese sauce, my daughter didn't even touch it and she loves Taco Bell's Nacho cheese fries that should tell you something! Now, is the chicken organic or read bedtime stories before delivered to the plate cause this is overpriced for no reason. No bueno!

Two pieces of chicken will not fulfill you and it's way too expensive. They give you two measly slices of bread as if that's gonna keep you afloat. Chicken was okay but not worth the price. No comparison to howlin rays , just not worth it. Customer service was great and so was the ambiance of the restaurant. Just pricing and food were mediocre.

Came in to a practically empty restaurant, ordered two dave's #1 mild and medium. We waited 20 minutes before we asked where our order was as everyone else was served and had left. they said they "bumped" our order and remade it...wrong. 20 MINUTES LATER they handed me ONE tender HOT. they then asked for our receipt, LOST it and then canceled the order and gave us a refund..but kept our tip. we left frustrated and hungry. An hour wasted.
