I ordered a slushy and they barely even filled it up, almost as if they took a sip before they gave it to me. very disappointed.
Took a friend to lunch here at his suggestion. I won't return. The chicken they sell is chicken tenders coated in a mixture of buffalo wings-type spices and deep fried. My friend had his "slider" style, meaning one 3 ounce piece on a bun. I had two pieces. Both came with a small 1000 island-type dipping sauce and about 12-15 crinkle cut fries. Experience was horrible no ac, asked store manager she kinda ignored comment, workers were wearing sweat towels around neck due to no ac. Store manager is very unprofessional.

I had ordered through Postmates and found mold on the bottom of my bread. I called to inform them of my findings just to give awareness; the lady simply said they receive fresh bread daily and it is not possible....Poor customer service and food quality control.

The only two times I have gone, my order has been wrong. The first time I went I ordered the 2 sliders meal (both extra hot) I came home took a bit and it was unseasoned. I called and was told to come back and the mel can be replaced. I went and when I told the manager it was not extra hot she said "The seasoning is right there" and pointed. Cassandra G was really rude, October 29th, 2023 I ordered a small cup and as i was reaching for the receipt she swiped it really quick and said "you don't need it" with aggression... the whole process with ordering with her was an issue, food was good though thanks to the cooks!
