I walked in to try this new place and there was no line so the cashier said "it'll take only 5 minutes", well, 25 minutes have passed by but I AM STILL WAITING!!

WOW. This is the most disgusting chicken sandwich joint I've ever been to. All together the pickles, coleslaw, and chicken were very dry. How do pickles & coleslaw even get dry you might ask? We'll you'll have to ask Dave. I also got a side of Mac n cheese and let me tell you it tasted like burnt plastic & mold (& no I'm not joking about the mold part). We were very excited to try this place out with how good the food looked but unfortunately this place wasn't for us. We ordered the strips (#1), cheese fries, the two burgers (#2), and the Mac and cheese and unfortunately didn't like anything. The chicken is not saucy at all it's just powdery. All I tasted with every bite is a Cajun salty seasoning. I felt like I was eating straight from the seasoning bottle. The cheese fries were ok and the Mac n cheese was kind of spicy. stingy with the sauce. straight up told me no after giving me just 1 extra. Basic business lesson; it is much cheaper to keep an existing customer than to gain a new one. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Well I loved this place...until I didn't, the customer service here is trash now. Whatever GM is in control ran this restaurant into the ground. They have lost our business for good after tonight's festivities...I asked for a refund tonight and will no longer support this place nor brag about it to others...shout out to sassybird cuz daves aint it yall!

My first time visiting this location and it's very nice and spacious. Had Dave's Hot Chicken previously and this tasted nothing like the chicken I had from the LA location. I asked for HOT and got no spice from it AT ALL. Not even a slight burn which was very disappointing. Flavor was okay. Not worth the money though. Only getting a 2nd star for appearance really.

The food was great! I took my three sons with me for a mother and son date but it's unfortunate the staff was throwing F bombs freely cursing while families were eating. They were playing loud rap that was so inappropriate for families that were there with children. They had no care in the world and even the cashier kept telling them there was customers present. Definitely won't be returning unless I order to go! We went in last night on 04/12/2022

Poor customer service. We placed an online order. We arrived at the pickup location at our pickup time and checked in. We were told it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes went by and several other customers were given their orders. We approached the counter and asked only to find out our order had been sitting there in bags. The staff knew our name and that we were waiting but we had to ask for our food rather than it being given to us like they did for everyone else.
