First time here and I have to say it fell below my expectations honestly. It started with my order getting skipped, so I had to go up to the counter and ask about my order. I ordered a mild slider with cheese (cost extra) and the tender in my slider was over cooked and dry with burnt spots around the tender it was not the seasoning. The only positive was the nice cashier that welcomed me with a smile. Most likely won't be back.

Order was made online and paid. Not enough sauce or customer service given. The food wasn't given when it said it was ready to be picked up. Where is the management? Why are the orders being put into the system as completed when they aren't? Night shift needs to be changed. Especially on the weekends. Dirty floors and tables. Some Staff was messing around in the kitchen. Thanks for making me wait along with other's waiting for food. Thanks for having me ask more than once for a simple order that was marked as done.

First time was excited to see how it was, food looked good but wasnt even that good my burger was a mess & rude costumer service from the even Night Shift cashiers

I walked in to try this new place and there was no line so the cashier said "it'll take only 5 minutes", well, 25 minutes have passed by but I AM STILL WAITING!!

WOW. This is the most disgusting chicken sandwich joint I've ever been to. All together the pickles, coleslaw, and chicken were very dry. How do pickles & coleslaw even get dry you might ask? We'll you'll have to ask Dave. I also got a side of Mac n cheese and let me tell you it tasted like burnt plastic & mold (& no I'm not joking about the mold part). We were very excited to try this place out with how good the food looked but unfortunately this place wasn't for us. We ordered the strips (#1), cheese fries, the two burgers (#2), and the Mac and cheese and unfortunately didn't like anything. The chicken is not saucy at all it's just powdery. All I tasted with every bite is a Cajun salty seasoning. I felt like I was eating straight from the seasoning bottle. The cheese fries were ok and the Mac n cheese was kind of spicy. stingy with the sauce. straight up told me no after giving me just 1 extra. Basic business lesson; it is much cheaper to keep an existing customer than to gain a new one. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Well I loved this place...until I didn't, the customer service here is trash now. Whatever GM is in control ran this restaurant into the ground. They have lost our business for good after tonight's festivities...I asked for a refund tonight and will no longer support this place nor brag about it to others...shout out to sassybird cuz daves aint it yall!

My first time visiting this location and it's very nice and spacious. Had Dave's Hot Chicken previously and this tasted nothing like the chicken I had from the LA location. I asked for HOT and got no spice from it AT ALL. Not even a slight burn which was very disappointing. Flavor was okay. Not worth the money though. Only getting a 2nd star for appearance really.
