They work very sloppily, the trash is left out, the tables are greasy and have food residue, and they didn't clean the tables even after asking several times.

I used to really enjoy Dave's Hot Chicken, but lately the quality and service have noticeably declined. Stopped by Dave's Hot Chicken recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at any location. I ordered a 10-piece medium, and when I opened the box, half the pieces were barely seasoned at all -- like they forgot to dust them. The customer service was fine, however, the food is disgusting. Chicken is undercooked and lacks flavor. Just not my thing.

This happen on the 6/11/25:your chicken is mid everything about it is mid I wanted to try it but when I got it the only good thing was the fruit punch the #2 was mid the chicken wasn't asnt hot and the sauce tasted like mayo. I waited in line for 30min. And it was for my birthday I am highly disappointed

Let me start by saying, I LOVE the food, BUT this happens 80% of the time I order from Dave's & now I'm DONE!!! Honestly, it's at every location, but this latest time is the most recent and egregious. I am allergic to cucumber, so I always order saying, "no pickles anywhere." I placed an order for 3 tenders, with cheese, no pickles. The ticket says it and I paid the extra for the cheese...to get home (an hour away), open up my box and see EXTRA pickles and no cheese!!! Hello! I am writing this review because I received the wrong order a couple days ago and should not be happening with prices this high(of course I didn't notice until I arrived home) I had no seasoning on my order when I ordered medium and my boyfriends was not spicy at all and he received the spiciest (wrong flavor) the fries were very dry in the middle when they usually are always so fresh! I do want to thank the older lady at the register because she is always sweet to me when I order !!
