Decided to give it a shot. Have to say it's some pretty darn good chicken. I absolutely loved the fact that you can choose your hotness level. The sauce is also really good. There is also a free beverage or shake when you check in to Yelp! Definitely a place to try out

Hot Chicken - oh yes you can always count me in, I love that every version of hot chicken across the country is different so it's my mission to try them all if the opportunity presents itself, although the genre is the same it's still about the choices and the presentation so even though I knew somewhat what to expect I still had to decide on the heat level. Enjoy this tasty, spicy, and great value place. Love the special sauce, 2 hot chicken sandwiches, and fries with the #2. Also there's a first responder and health care discount as well. Becareful with the spiciest flavor since there's a consent form required. Be ready for the consequences if ordering it.

The chicken sandwich was good. Got the very hot version (second to the highest spicy level) and it was very spicy to me (but my tolerance for spicy is very low haha). Also thought the burger would be bigger, their pics look like it would be bigger. I like their sauce. Surprised the meal didn't come with a drink. The Mac and cheese as well as the fries were ok, like a regular Mac and cheese/fries you can make at home. Milkshake was very sweet. Always consistently delicious. I usually go to the one on Westheimer. I love the flavor blend. The skin never comes(separates) off the chicken. The service is always great.

I was in Houston and discovered this place when I wanted a late night snack. I got the tenders and omg I had to run it back the next day for lunch. Soooo good. I'm so mad there isn't one in my state. I loveeeee spicy food and this was right up my alley for flavor and spice. Anytime I can find a location near me I'll be going.

I can always count on Dave's for delicious hot chicken. The prices are very fair considering the amount of chicken you get. The chicken is actually delicious and the sauce is fantastic! I always recommend to people to purchase extra Dave's sauce because it really makes a difference. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here.
