Location: midtown (across from Gloria's) Staff: Aarian was lovely! We were greeted at entrance and she asked if it was our first time and went on to elaborate and explain the menu Price: average Parking: plenty Clean: area/location very clean Drink: chocolate milk shake was delish Taste: we opt out for #4 with medium and other one light. Both were a great taste. Dip was delish! Fries not greasy at all. Will definitely be coming back
Surprisingly satisfying chain hot chicken. The seasoning is an excellent balance of salty and sweet, like a better than average BBQ potato chip. Son asked for medium, I got the medium so he could taste it and got him the mild. And he struggled with the mild but still insists it was delicious. The Kale Slaw is a good alternative to fries.

First time here, loved it got the #3 extra hot comes with a tender, a slider and a side. Fries are good crinkle cut but you can upgrade to Mac n cheese for no cost(that's what my wife did, Mac is equally amazing) Ojinga was our server we told him it was our first time he walked us through the menu, spice levels, told us about the 1/2 off alcohol happy hour and made sure everything was to our liking. Driven past this spot many times now it's going in the regular rotation of places we go
Literally before walking inside, I could smell the lovely scent of fried chicken and almost taste it on my tongue! This was my first time trying Dave's and as the #houstonchickensandwichqueen I give it a 5/5. It was so juicy like juice literally dripping down my chin, the medium spice was perfect, it was served nice and hot and the sweet pickles are the perfect addition. Delilah at the front was awesome and sweet and I will definitely be back again soon
10/10 me n my girl be munchin. everyday my girl wakes up and thinks about a sandwich from this amazing restaurant, and i go and buy it for her. we love daves hot chicken ong we do.
Love this hot chicken place in Rice Village! Got the medium spice chicken sandwich with a side of fries! The chicken was tender and the breading was crispy and flavorful. The medium spice wasn't that spicy, recommend getting the hot level! Recommend asking for honey to drizzle on the fries!
