My first time at any location . Staff members where very kind and ready . I ordered the #1 that's a two piece strips of chicken with any flavor of your choosing. For both pieces . Some Cajun spice fries , and two pieces of breads. I got the medium flavor for one piece and the hot on the other piece of chicken . The hot was definitely hot. Sent my mouth to another level . It's like a honey spice. They have more hotter flavors then the hot. The medium was where it's at . Next time just going to stick with the medium flavor ... read more

Food was good, the compliance with the staff was exceptional, but taking 50 minutes on a #3 after endless people before and after me got their meals was kinda crazy. i did appreciate the consistent check-ins but that did sour my taste on returning.

I wanted to share some feedback about my experience today. I ordered a Dave's #4 as takeout from the location at Dennis St, Houston, but when I got home and opened the box, there were no fries inside. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get them, and when I spoke with the staff, no one apologized for the inconvenience. I've been a regular at this location for quite a while. I used to order at least once a week and was always impressed with the consistency and flavor. I hadn't ordered in about a month, but decided to give it another try today because I was craving it. Unfortunately, this experience was really disappointing.
