Came to Dave's hot chicken in midtown on a weekday. They were not busy and the interior was very nice. We ordered our food and were displeased to find none of the tables had been wiped off despite the lack of customers (only 1 other party) and at least 5 visible workers. So no one has the job to wipe off tables? As for the food the flavors were great. Consistent with food cooked to order. Dave's Hot Chicken is alright. The spice level is average, and the chicken has an interesting flavor (lots of chili powder maybe?). The food is very expensive, and in my honest opinion, is a low tier hot chicken joint. While I appreciate its location in midtown, I'd rather drive to other hot chicken spots if I have the craving.

The fries are very crispy and it's very very neat in the inside of the store. The chicken is also good .

Hands-down the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life! I'm so upset I didn't order another one lol. I ordered the food for delivery and the fries/ sandwich were still hot by the time it made it to my door. I wonder if there's a Dave's hot chicken in Florida, if so I definitely need to check it out! I don't like my chicken sandwiches too thick, the chicken sandwich had just the right amount of meat while also being crispy, juicy, and tender with each bite. Came here on a whim on a random weekday afternoon and didn't leave disappointed. We ordered the chicken sliders & fries, & the chicken was so fresh, crispy and tender at the same time. The service was fantastic- I also took advantage of their healthcare workers discount, which I am very grateful for, thank you!

Bomb! I got the two hot chicken sliders and fries. I got medium heat which was still pretty spicy but not to the point where it was not enjoyable. ( I can handle heat so if you can't, I'd get mild) the flavor was great! Will get food from here again

Coming from somebody who can moderately tolerate spice, medium heat is mild enough to enjoy the meal but with a hint of spice. We substituted fries for kale slaw with no extra charge. It made the meal lighter and cooled down the spice of the chicken. Parking lot out front was easy
