Dave's has being one of my favorite places ever since my first bite in Vegas!! Got hook on!! Being going to the Rice village location. And decided to check this location since I was near. The place inside it's nice and small with cool graffiti murals. The food is great and tasty !! Got my self the number 3 extra hot!! Overall great in food and ambience but, due to service definitely will not come back and just keep going to my regular rice village location. Service here is just bad. Awful customer service, the worker gave an attitude and she made us wait for a single cup for a long time when we asked her 3 times for it (no she was NOT busy)

Waited 10 minutes at the register to order as the cashier bagged Uber Eats orders and online orders while I stood there watching. Manager had to come from the kitchen to tell him to take my order which I had to repeat 3 times for him to get it right. Proceeded to wait another 20 minutes as online orders and delivery orders that weren't supposed to be picked up for 20 minutes after were made and bagged while I waited. I'm writing as a door dasher. If you door dash, do Uber eats, or just deliver food in general STAY AWAY from this place! They take wayyyyyyyyy to long to give you the order and then they have the audacity to report you "for taking too long to deliver the food" I was 9 minutes "too late" however I delivered the food as soon as it was given to me! Yet Dave's hot chicken reported me for their wrong doing trying to make it seem like my fault. I will never deliver for them again! No wonder why they have a poster saying give them ... read more

I just knew this place was going to be good by the amount of people I saw going in and out. Mannn when I tell you I was wrong, I was WRONG. They were understaffed which led to a wait time of 30+ minutes for a 3-tender plate. That's not the staff's fault but is apart of the overall experience. Once we tried our food back at the hotel, the chicken was very bland with almost no spice (we ordered hot which was medium/high in their level of spices). I guess I had high hopes because of how delicious Hattie B's in Atlanta is.

Came here to order Togo and the cashier Kourtney did not acknowledge us for at least 10 mins. We were in a rush so being left at the front without even being greeted was frustrating. When she got around to helping us her attitude was very poor as if she was annoyed to help us. I like Dave's Hot Chicken and I visit frequently but I feel the cashier needs etiquette training because in my opinion, she's pretty rude. It also took a long time to receive our order.

Dear Dave's chicken, I am not impressed by your flavorless chicken. The fries crispiness was the best part of my meal. I had an unsweet tea with no sugar substitute because YOU DO NOT PROVIDE IT !!! What the !!!!! The staff is not welcoming at all and I have to go get my own food but yet there's an option to leave a tip ? I'm confused. 0 stars out of 5 given . Also I'm a big back and these chairs are a no no. I'm literally sitting here on the edge of my seat typing this. DO BETTER!

The Chicken was too much seasoned, you can literally see the spices, and the costumer service was not good at all, I never coming here again

I was in the area one day craving a chicken sandwich and I have never been to Dave's so I thought this was the day. The lady that helped me order was very nice and explained how everything works. From the spice levels, to what is on the sandwiches. Unfortunately, I was let down by the taste and spice level. I got the 2 sliders with fries in the spice level "extra hot". I would say that my spice level is pretty good and I can tolerate a good amount of spice. I think they said the "reaper" spice level required a signed waiver... read more
