Finally came to try this location out after a great food experience in LA at the beginning of the pandemic!! Drove by this location so many times hoping it would hit the stop and be a gold mine next to home, unfortunately only a tier above Clyde's hot chicken off harbor, but did not meeet the greatness that was LA's Dave's hot chicken. Anywhere I eat, I order my food about 20-30 min before I pick up so that it is ready by the time I get there. The last two times I had to wait an additional 10 min upon arrival. I understand it can get busy at times. But as busy as chick fil a and chipotle get, they manage to have it ready on time. Maybe this location is understaffed. Foods great and the orders are done properly, that's why I'm not giving one star

Came here yesterday and the food was horrible. I'm assuming it's just this location, because I've been to multiple locations in OC/LA, and never had an issue. But yesterday the chicken they gave me was so bad!!! Will not be returning to this restaurant, and will take a break from Dave's because of this horrible experience. Ohh and the restaurant is extremely dirty, I get it's busy, but at least clean the tables once people are done eating.

Easily the worst Dave's experience I've ever had. Quality at this location is horrible. Chicken was undercooked and insanely oily

drove an hour to take my mom to dave's hot chicken today. got close to home and finally opened up our food to see a dirty workers glove inside our box of food. totally disgusted!!! called the restaurant many times with no answer. was too far away to turn back and get replaced food. tossed the whole meal away, so disappointing. the cleanliness of their establishment is obviously not prioritized. also wrote feedback on their website and hoping to at least get refunded of this $15 meal we didn't get to eat. do not eat here.

Waited 20 minutes for food order and another 10 minutes for them to let me know that their milkshake machine was not working. Manager so unprofessional did not even apologize, and she does not come out to help her employees at the front. Never coming back again this place

Annabella in front was very helpful. She explained the menu and the various spice levels. The place has seating inside and outside. The music is good, just a little loud. The tables were grimybut overall the place looked clean. First and last time ordered...ordered two strip plate, two slider plate with cheese fries and side of Mac n cheese online for pick up. Got food home and was really underwhelmed...one packet of daves sauce between two plates isn't what was described, cheese fries with barely any cheese at all for a 1.50 extra, Mac n cheese that tasted like water was added before packing (didn't finish that), fries that tasted like flat pickles...on and on. The way that the management treats their staff is unacceptable. From a customers point of view you can definitely tell the team members working are under loads of pressure caused by the management. I definitely never recommend this place. The food is also terrible
