Came here for the first time tonight because my youngest son saw some YouTuber's video about this place (or something to that effect) and I'm extremely disappointed. Won't be coming back again. It was $45 and change for 2 slider/tender meals, a single tender, Mac and cheese, and 4 drinks (my dad was disgusted at the prices and only got a drink). Wow was hoping this place would be good but when I got my food delivered there was mold on the bread. Had to toss the entire meal and now order from another place . Waste of my time, my money and the kicker is you can't call them. I tried to call and it says to go online and they might get back to you. I just wanted to let them know they are serving moldy bread and may want to stop. I don't think they care and I guarantee you this place won't be around in a year. Came here for dinner last night and now I've been in and out of the bathroom and throwing up all day. Do not come here because something they do in the kitchen will get you sick. I can't keep any piece of food down or water either. Safe to say I'm not coming here ever again.

Finally came to try this location out after a great food experience in LA at the beginning of the pandemic!! Drove by this location so many times hoping it would hit the stop and be a gold mine next to home, unfortunately only a tier above Clyde's hot chicken off harbor, but did not meeet the greatness that was LA's Dave's hot chicken. Anywhere I eat, I order my food about 20-30 min before I pick up so that it is ready by the time I get there. The last two times I had to wait an additional 10 min upon arrival. I understand it can get busy at times. But as busy as chick fil a and chipotle get, they manage to have it ready on time. Maybe this location is understaffed. Foods great and the orders are done properly, that's why I'm not giving one star

Came here yesterday and the food was horrible. I'm assuming it's just this location, because I've been to multiple locations in OC/LA, and never had an issue. But yesterday the chicken they gave me was so bad!!! Will not be returning to this restaurant, and will take a break from Dave's because of this horrible experience. Ohh and the restaurant is extremely dirty, I get it's busy, but at least clean the tables once people are done eating.

drove an hour to take my mom to dave's hot chicken today. got close to home and finally opened up our food to see a dirty workers glove inside our box of food. totally disgusted!!! called the restaurant many times with no answer. was too far away to turn back and get replaced food. tossed the whole meal away, so disappointing. the cleanliness of their establishment is obviously not prioritized. also wrote feedback on their website and hoping to at least get refunded of this $15 meal we didn't get to eat. do not eat here.

Waited 20 minutes for food order and another 10 minutes for them to let me know that their milkshake machine was not working. Manager so unprofessional did not even apologize, and she does not come out to help her employees at the front. Never coming back again this place
