Was disappointed at spice levels , sauce tasted to sweet . Hot flavor wasn't spicy at all Couldn't even hear the guy taking my order or call out my number . Fries were bussin though

Do not waste your money here. The quality of the food is unbelievably low. To the point where it looks like they tampered with the food or smashed it before sending it out. Everything was cold and soggy. It's inedible. This is quite possibly the worst chicken joint in all of Orange County. The portion is small, the quality is trash, the service is nonexistent because they won't answer the phone. They are well aware of the garbage they send out but will do nothing to fix it.

First they need to change open times Second they need to a add more fries to the combo's is to expensive to get only poorly sized of fries, probably back in a year to trying again.

Don't come to this establishment, terrible customer service. How do you cut off orders when customers are waiting in line? You guys seem more worried about closing early rather than serve your customers. Just know this I will never spend a dime here and I'll let people not go to this Dave's hot chicken.

Locations small and little hole in the wall it's clean but that's not much. Ordered the Mac and cheese and a 2 tender mild combo. Do not go here the tenders are very powdery. The flavor all comes from the sauce which is like a sub par canes. Service was fine. Chicken was not well flavored. The temperature was fine as well as spice level. The fries had a decent crunch but flavor was overdone by too much salt. Toast with it came cold and very floppy. The Mac and cheese was bland and empty flavored. I'm a huge DHC fan and have been a loyal customer since the long lines in Korea town were a thing. I've tried many locations now and all have been consistent, but the Fullerton location is just not good. It's the closest to my house, which is disappointing, but I'll drive for good food. I bought tenders to go here about a month ago and they didn't give me any sauce, which I only found out at home. Came here excited. Ordered food to go. Got home. Bit into my slider only to find a SUPER LONG HAIR in it. Called the store and let them know what happened. They said they would refund my credit card and they also took my name down for an in-store meal. The next time I came back, the manager (Cassandra) said there was no way to verify that the situation took place. No documentation, and that my name was not written down anywhere. Sadly. I was not impressed. I sat there and watch them bag all the orders that where taken before mine and some more people walked in. Watch some more oders ready to be in order. Waited a few more mins and then saw my order while being shoved from side to side of the serving counter. I basically ordered plain chicken with pan Bimbo. The level of hot is like eating hot Cheetos. The cashier said medium was spicy but it had no flavor what so ever. It is not worth the money. I am better eating rotisserie chicken from Costco for an 8th of the price.
