Came here excited. Ordered food to go. Got home. Bit into my slider only to find a SUPER LONG HAIR in it. Called the store and let them know what happened. They said they would refund my credit card and they also took my name down for an in-store meal. The next time I came back, the manager (Cassandra) said there was no way to verify that the situation took place. No documentation, and that my name was not written down anywhere. Sadly. I was not impressed. I sat there and watch them bag all the orders that where taken before mine and some more people walked in. Watch some more oders ready to be in order. Waited a few more mins and then saw my order while being shoved from side to side of the serving counter. And because of this being pushed over it's now becoming the domino effect I wish to not be apart of. Food was okay. Maybe it could have been better if it was actually warm and not played with. I basically ordered plain chicken with pan Bimbo. The level of hot is like eating hot Cheetos. The cashier said medium was spicy but it had no flavor what so ever. It is not worth the money. I am better eating rotisserie chicken from Costco for an 8th of the price.

I decided to try Dave's in Fullerton since I've been trying their food since the OG days. Sad to say the quality was not good at all at this specific location. We sandwich and tender combo - sandwich is mild and tender in extra hot. The tender had absolutely no heat at all. It almost seemed like they effed up and just put two mild chicken in the combo. Don't think I will give them another try again

Really disappointed with our recent orders. The chicken heat level is still wildly inconsistent and there is still barely any cheese on the upcharged cheese fries. I went outside my comfort zone up to 'Extra Hot' this most recent time and it tickled at best. Not sure if this location is still going through growing pains or what, but we're not coming back for awhile, it's too expensive for this level of inconsistency.

I purchased Special #3 and a fountain drink. The fountain drink was not working and so as Ice T dispenser. Several customer informed the staff but no one came out to fix the issue. The crazy thing is... they kept selling fountain drinks to people. Poorly managed store.

The bread for the tenders was hard. Paid $80 total for me and my kids and they hated it. Chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease. Definitely not worth the money

I got the #3-lite mild. The slider had very little of the slaw on it. My husbands had none. The chicken was almost too spicy for me. If you can't tolerate a lot of cayenne, go with no spice. I wasn't a fan of the sauce although I couldn't place the flavors in it because of the overwhelming cayenne in the chicken. The fries felt like generic frozen crinkle fries. The best part about the meal was the pickles.

Guys, PLEASE avoid this location. I know that this place is the closest one we have (Fountain Valley would be next) but honestly I do not understand why this store is so different then all the rest. Service is horrid, slow, and they do not know how to problem solve or accommodate their guest. I went in today April 5th and it was EMPTY. Keep in mind that the people in front of me had a big order.
