First and last time ordered...ordered two strip plate, two slider plate with cheese fries and side of Mac n cheese online for pick up. Got food home and was really underwhelmed...one packet of daves sauce between two plates isn't what was described, cheese fries with barely any cheese at all for a 1.50 extra, Mac n cheese that tasted like water was added before packing (didn't finish that), fries that tasted like flat pickles...on and on. The way that the management treats their staff is unacceptable. From a customers point of view you can definitely tell the team members working are under loads of pressure caused by the management. I definitely never recommend this place. The food is also terrible

I've been to multiple locations and this one just didn't have "it". Not only were the spice levels off from other visits to other locations, but the checkout experience wasn't nearly as streamlined. They had only one employee working both the register and expediting the food out to customers, while you could clearly see some extra employees chatting in the back. Worst food I ever ate. Almost $50 for two chicken meals that sucked. I would never come back. Go to Hotties in Orange. So good and you get a lot more for your money.

My husband and I have gone here a few times and we never learn our lesson till now. Enough is enough their staff is rude and lazy it takes forever to get an order in and longer to get the food that by the time you get your food you can not enjoy it. It's not as hot anymore we are upset on lunch break it took so long and instead of them apologizing and making it right they continue to be rude and take forever I would rather not eat here at all and the food would be better if it was fresh not sitting there forever they need to... read more

Came here as soon as they opened at 11:15 am . Placed an order for a #2 at 11:20 am and watched as they handed out postmate order after order until finally receiving my order (after getting up and asking what was taking so long) at 11:46 after I presumed they forgot or handed out my order ? Ordered to go 2 #1 and a #3. Gave us all #1. Double check your order before leaving. But should the staff be responsible for making sure they give the right order? And it was not busy - place almost empty with just 1 table occupied. Not sure if we'll give them a second chance.

Very very salty couldn't handle the saltiness i was eager to try the food out but when I took the first bite the salt overwhelmed everything very disappointing

Was disappointed at spice levels , sauce tasted to sweet . Hot flavor wasn't spicy at all Couldn't even hear the guy taking my order or call out my number . Fries were bussin though
