Update 10/03/25: Dave's Hot Chicken corporate admitted the mistake and promised resolution within 3 business days back on 8/21/25. It's now almost 2 months later and nothing was ever refunded by them. The store's phone is still disconnected. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and unaccountable. Avoid at all costs.

Good food, but bad service by Vicky. When I asked for one more honey and sauce, she declined and said you only are allowed one sauce and two honey per meal. When I came back in with change to purchase another honey, she said they don't sell the honey and just gave me it. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with Dave's not sure why I had one tonight.

Their 'mini' slider meal is essential 4 nuggets. It doesn't even look like the photo in the menu on the kiosk. What a rip off.

One star...dishonest and unprofessional. On 07/19/25 at this store (#1079), I ordered a #4 but was mistakenly charged for a #1. Instead of correcting it, the cashier charged me an additional $11.30 for the #4 and promised the $12.99 + tax from the #1 would be refunded. She couldn't even provide a refund receipt and said her manager would handle it. It's now a month later and no refund has ever been issued. My business comes here regularly for meeting events and we always get extra packets for the co-workers, my shift manager went in to pickup tenders order and they tried to charge him $11 for extra dave sauce packets. She tried to make a extra profit by charging it as cheese sauces which is unprofessional and sketchy. My business and I will no longer come to this location anymore, disappointed all our co-workers today after tough Mother's Day shift.

Came to try Dave's hot chicken today for my first time and ordered thru the yelp menu for fast pick up but unfortunately when I arrived home I realized they never gave me my fries with the $12.49 Dave bites toast and fries,and for that is going be a 1 star for me. Unfortunately I am quite bugged that my order was incomplete. I am unsure if I will give Dave's a second chance unfortunately.

Took us over 30 min to get our food. People who ordered after us had already received their food and left. The reason being their bites take longer to make... a 10pc of bites. So don't recommend getting those if you're hungry lol second time Dave's has let us down so no more Dave's for us
