Wait is too long because they have in house, app/online, DoorDash, Uber Eats orders. 30 mins waiting in house order. Poor experience.

I ordered thru uber eats and got extra sauces (that already cost more than half a dollar each btw), didn't get any of that. for the price y'all charge for the food; the least y'all could do is get the orders right, acting like the sauces come outta ur paycheck or smth.

We have been coming here every now and then since they opened. Today was a major disappointment. Our chicken was lukewarm temperature and the fries stale. This will be last time we visit, unfortunately. The place still looks clean and has a nice vibe, but I'm not paying $15 for cold chicken strips with lousy fries.

Overly seasoned dry chicken. The seasoning are just spice and sadly lack flavor. Making it hard to enjoy!

Hello all! We used to be regulars at Dave's Chicken, and it was one of our favorite spots for a quick meal. The chicken sandwiches were always yummy and satisfying, making it a go-to for us. But, everything changed after my girlfriend and I had a bad experience that left us with food poisoning. It was scary, and it completely lost our trust in the place. Food is mid, to be honest. They don't actually season the chicken, it's all added after frying it. And if you get it with no spice, that also means no seasoning. It just tastes like boring fried chicken with no flavor, but if you get it with spice then it's just this overwhelming amount of salt and paprika that's not enjoyable at all. The sauce does basically all the heavy lifting, and while it's good, shouldn't be the entire flavor profile of a food. Tried Dave's Hot after watching a movie Nextdoor. This was our first time eating here. We ordered 2 number # 3 meals which included 1 tender, 1 slider with fries, pickles and sauce. The fountain drinks were extra. Pros: very clean restaurant. Service is fast and efficient. Food: Too expensive for what it is. The 2 orders plus 2 fountain drinks tax and tip came to $48! I like the decor. The chicken wasn't crispy and the medium spice was bland. Not coming back. Hot boys in hayward is better. I use Hatti B's Nashville as my standard for hot chicken.

Second time ordering on DoorDash food arrives without the sauce and less missing ingredient. When we complain to DoorDash they will say sorry and credit you $5 back that's not the point though. People who pays extra on delivery deserve to get good service and food quality but no. I m so upset I feel like driving to this location and have a real talk with these guys about how frustrating this is for customers. Awful
