I can't go back here until I know they stop undercooking batter, specifically the cauliflower batter. When theyre made well theyre delicious but about 4 of the 7-8 times I've ordered them they have been underdone. That's just way too much and I feel kind of silly for even trying them again. This was my first time trying Dave's Hot Chicken . I see it on instagram all the time it looked very delicious, but let me start off by saying the smell of the tenders were not it . It had a very horrible smell it wasn't even appetizing anymore I only ate one tender. The supposed "toast" was not toast. It was basic plain white bread , that you could find at the grocery store , I only took one bite. And it was cold. The fries were the only somewhat good part. I pulled up to the drive around 11 pm . It was not even busy . They told me to hold on and I waited for about 5 minutes, no one in the dive thru at all mind you . I finally said hello and a different lady said hold on. I got pissed off and took off ! Crazy ! Probably won't be back !

Terrible. Ordered a #2 which is two sliders with fries. They gave me a container for fries but no fries in it. Pathetic.

Monica is extremely rude to her employees and yells for unnecessary reasons, one of the Hispanic gentlemen from the kitchen came out to get some water and stood at the fountain behind the counter for 30 seconds drinking water and she screamed "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING? GO BACK IN THE KUTCHEN NOW!" I don't think she has what it takes to be a leader and will not be returning here

I love this place but this experience was very disappointing. Food was not up to standard and I had to wait 45 minutes for my food because a fight broke out in the restaurant. It made me not want to visit again

They have me food poisoning it's was very rude how they rushed my order and decided to over price stuff and make the new slushes more then a large drink and all it is is ice in a cup it's was very bad I'm never coming back

honestly, I'm fairly disappointed. when I got up to the window, the lady asked me if it was my first time which I said yes. I asked her if I could get no slaw and pickles on my sandwich she said yes when I received my sandwich it had slaw on it, but it looks like they tryed to wiped it off so there's a little pieces of it on there still also I found a hair in my box.
