Yes, I can have a deep fried vegetable sammich (vegan) with zero spice, as a treat. Fancy that. My buddy told me about their Not Chicken (cauliflower) and No Spice option (it's my tummy's fault) last week, when we were contemplating where to have dinner before going to a movie. Food was fresh and hot! Service was amazing. Table side check in throughout visit. I thought I was at a restaurant not a fast food place. Customer service comparable to chic fillet or in & out. Staff go out there way to make sure your okay. Cashier was nice and checked on our satisfaction. Location was clean and ran orderly. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I worked with Jose, Monica and their Arden location team for a corporate event and what an amazing experience it was! Monica was so helpful and knowledgeable and was able to connect me with Jose who partnered with me every step of the way. They were so helpful and mindful to work within our budget and provided multiple options to ensure our site had the best experience! Love this location! Everyone here are so nice and the customer service is great! One of my favorite employees here is chad and everytime we come here, he takes good care of us and always has a smile on his face. Definitely recommend this location!

Drive thru on a Saturday night. In the car, we requested two separate orders. The first order was a number 3. The second order was 2 number 3's with the request for fresh fries. Order took about 15 minutes to make. The first order - my friend stated that her fries tasted old. She was not happy with the medium flavoring. I recommended she try hot and or extra hot. I had stop by the Arden location today, and Sacramento and I got welcomed with the friendliest voice ever, Chad did amazing job with asking us if we needed any help with the menu or questions, and I had a Center urgency to get our food out the window in a timely manner. Chad #1 employee

First time here. I've been eating plant base so came for the cauliflower (not chicken) slider. I really enjoyed it. The gal that took our order, Kat, was quite helpful. She stopped by our table a few times and took our trays when we were done. We will likely return. Thanks Kat for the good service.
