I was very disappointed with this place on several levels. The food quality was mediocre at best. The order was delivered in less than 3 minutes and showed obvious signs that it was not prepared to order. The fried chicken was like warm, the bun was pasty and the condiments lackluster. 1st time here and last! How the hell you forget the main ingredient???? Sliders without the actual chicken. Smh. So basically I waited for bread, slaw and hella pickles. Pissed is an understatement. Never again!!!!!!!

This was disappointing. I got the slider combo and they gave me 2 chicken strips on two thin sliced of bread. Nothing about this was good. I arrived home and was so disappointed. If you run out of the ingredients to properly make a dish, tell the customer, give us the option to say "no thanks". These are NOT sliders!!! This is two chicken tenders with cheese sitting on thin bread, over $15 for what? Not to mention the chicken tender made the thin bread soggy.

Drive thru took 1 hr cause a car was at the speaker window for at least 30 minutes. Not taking an order? What was staff doing that whole time?

Ah man what's up with close 20 mins early?if you aren't trying to serve ur customers and do urwith. Let someone who will WTH.crazy went as far as putting a cone in drive thru 30mìns early.then go to walk up and the girl ran to lock the door before I could even park..Rudest

the food was burnt and had some sort of bitter taste , we didn't get that taste when we had the sandwich but when we got to the tenders then we got the taste, the manager didnt wanna replace our food.

I had food at 3409 Arden way Sacramento and the food was brunt and it tasted bitter when we went to complaint about it and they said that the food was eaten , but we didn't feel the bittern on the sandwich but once we got to the tender then we felt it , and they didn't want to remake our food do better Dave's hot chicken.

04/25 I don't know who was working at the window at 8:30pm but she had a attitude because we asked for Dave's sauce that she didn't give us then proceeded to charge us for something she forgot to put in the bag? I never have problems when I go most likely a new worker but the attitude needs to be fix
