The food is horrible and the service is even worse my grandson found a bug in his chicken and they wanted to pluck the bug out and we give him the box I thought that was horrible I asked for a refund and I actually had to get into an argument for the refund with the receipt showing them the bug this is not a good place to go it really is not buyer beware

Been waiting for an hour here have not even recieved the food yet the store is empty Only two tables are being empty and I came on a nine o clock Un busy evening

Service sucked didn't even get to order was left at the ordering pit for 10 min after someone saying they'd be right with us so we left

Ordered the regular size loaded buffalo mac and and cheese and it was half empty compared to the picture online. Very disappointing.

I placed an order of 2 number 1s among other items and when I got home and opened them up I find that one plate had 3 tenders and the other only had 1 tender in it. Plus for 4 items plus 2 drinks it was over $50.

The other day I took my grandson here because he's wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken so as a treat I decided to take him there boy oh boy I could not have been more horrified. My grandson ordered the chicken strips fries soda well I let him be a big boy and go in in order when he came out he opened up the black box at the food comes in and there was a crawling bug on the bread I said oh take that back in he took it back in and the manager opened it and said I don't see a bug and gave him back the same box I then felt like I n... read more

We went to the drive through ordered food . the food and fry's was not enough warm it was cold . even I ask the person who took our order to please make sure fresh . they did not add any napkins in our gas . spending like $90 for cold food !
