The food here is amazing. I recently went on a roadtrip and we were hungry and the food came fast so service was good. It's a cute little restaurant with a nice setup.

I always like the food (with the exception of the Dave's Bites...) but the extra sauce situation makes me question visiting. The enforcement of paying 25¢ per extra sauce policy is very inconsistent. You're sometimes able to get two for free then pay for more (the best option, in my opinion, since the single sauce cup they give you is way too small for an entire meal), but other times they charge you 25¢ each. I have not much to say but the best spicy chicken sandwiches that I've had. The flavor and quality of chicken is on point. I just wish we had one in Elk Grove too!!
Surprised by taste and freshness- Big portions too. All condiments and extra pickles included. It was delivered.
Daves is always good but im writing this review about one particular person. Ariadna was a great front face for this place. Super welcoming and helpful. My first time seeing her at this Daves so I think shes new but the food industry needs more people who enjoy their job like her.
I wait in drive thru for 20 minutes and then they give me uncooked chicken sandwich nasty taste and nasty sandwich waste of money

Worst service ever. Worst manager ever, Ari. Gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the cauliflower one after waiting in line 25 minutes to get the order walk back in to get the cauliflower which had originally been ordered and want two more dollars. She acted like she got off on me being upset and actually smiled at me when I'm like you have the audacity to want two dollars more. So rude. Never going back there again

This may be a DoorDash issue. But I ordered at 11:20pm. All it said that my food was being prepared. Nothing changed. I called at 1:20am to check on my order. When I told them my name and order. Then I get a notification saying that my order was just cancelled. They got back to me and said they didn't see anything. The timing of that doesn't seem like a coincidence.
